Refund policy


Our policy is that if the appointment has been completed, no refund is offered.

To be eligible for a refund your service must be unused and the appointment not completed.

To make a refund request, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your refund request, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a number of business days.
